Refund policy

Standard Size Orders

  • No return or exchange is applicable on standard-size orders.

  • Refunds are not offered once the order is confirmed.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are eligible for exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect measurements delivered compared to the confirmed order

  • Visible damage or manufacturing defect upon arrival

  • Significant deviation from the approved design or specifications

Important:
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Refunds are not applicable for custom orders. Approved cases will be handled through exchange or alteration, as deemed appropriate.
