Product Variations

Slight variations in color, texture, or embellishments may occur due to screen resolution, lighting conditions, and the handcrafted nature of the garments. These variations are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically based on confirmed measurements and design approvals. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Alterations

Alteration requests after order delivery will be accepted if feasible.

• Standard alteration turnaround time: 48 hours (excluding shipping)

• Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the alteration

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing.
